Prescription Delivery Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the prescription delivery services ("Service") provided by Forest City Pharma ("Pharmacy"). By requesting prescription delivery, you agree to the following terms:
1. Prescription Delivery Service
Forest City Pharma offers prescription delivery services to customers within our designated service area. Delivery can be arranged by phone, in person, or through our online platform.

Delivery Requests: Customers may request a prescription delivery date when ordering online or through other communication channels. Delivery times are subject to availability and may vary based on factors such as order volume, pharmacy hours, and delivery locations.

Delivery Area: Prescription delivery is available within London, ON. Deliveries outside this area may incur additional fees or be unavailable.
2. Delivery Timeframes
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, the Pharmacy does not guarantee a specific delivery time. All requested delivery dates are based on availability and are subject to potential delays due to:
- High demand or unexpected pharmacy closures
- Traffic, weather conditions, or other logistical challenges
- Third-party courier delays
We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance if there are any delays with your delivery. However, the Pharmacy is not liable for delays beyond our control, including but not limited to those caused by external delivery services or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Liability Disclaimer
By requesting prescription delivery, you acknowledge and accept that:
- Timely Delivery is Not Guaranteed: While we strive to fulfill all delivery requests within the requested timeframe, the Pharmacy cannot guarantee that deliveries will arrive exactly on the specified date.
- No Liability for Delays: Forest City Pharma is not liable for any damages, inconvenience, or issues resulting from delayed deliveries. Customers agree to release the Pharmacy from any claims related to delivery delays, including missed appointments, financial losses, or health-related consequences resulting from delayed medications.
4. Order Accuracy & Verification
- Prescription Verification: All prescriptions must be verified and processed before delivery. We reserve the right to contact the prescribing healthcare provider if there are any concerns or discrepancies regarding the prescription.
- Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that delivery details, including address and contact information, are accurate and up to date. Incorrect information may result in delayed or missed deliveries, for which the Pharmacy is not liable.
5. Delivery Fees
- Standard Delivery: Delivery is free for prescriptions within London,ON. For locations outside of our standard delivery area, a delivery fee may apply. The delivery fee will be communicated at the time of the order.
- Additional Charges: Customers will be informed of any additional charges prior to completing the delivery request.
6. Order Cancellations & Changes
- Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule a delivery, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time.
- Changes: Any changes to delivery details (address, time, etc.) must be communicated in advance. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee alterations after an order is processed.
