Accessibility: No need to wait weeks for an appointment. Our pharmacies offer flexible hours and the convenience of walk-ins or appointments, making healthcare services more accessible to you.

Process and procedure
Before the Injection
When you come in for an injection, your pharmacist will conduct a brief consultation to assess your medical history, check for any contraindications, and ensure that the injection is right for you. Your pharmacist will also explain the procedure and answer any questions you may have.
Administering the Injection
Our pharmacists will use safe, sterile techniques to administer your injection, whether it’s a flu shot, B12 vitamin shot, or another type of injection. The injections are usually quick and virtually painless, performed in a comfortable setting at our pharmacy.
Post-Injection Care
After receiving your injection, you’ll be asked to remain at the pharmacy for a short period (usually 10-15 minutes) to ensure you don’t experience any immediate allergic reactions. Our staff will monitor you and be available if you have any concerns.
Side Effects and Reactions
Most injections have minimal side effects, but some individuals may experience redness or swelling at the injection site. Our pharmacists will provide you with instructions on what to do if you experience any discomfort or unusual symptoms. Rest assured, we’re here to support you every step of the way.
Who can receive injections from a pharmacist
Eligibility Criteria: Most people can receive injections from our pharmacists, but certain restrictions apply based on age and health conditions. For example, children may need a referral for some vaccines, and specific health conditions may require a doctor's approval before receiving certain treatments.
Referral from Doctor: While we can administer many injections directly, some cases may require a referral from your doctor, particularly for more specialized treatments such as hormone therapy or allergy injections.
Booking an appointment
To make receiving an injection easy, you can book an appointment with us in advance. Simply give us a call or book online through our website. For certain vaccines, walk-ins are also welcome, but appointments are encouraged to ensure timely service.
